    Welcome at the inn "AIJEAN"
    Welcome at the inn "AIJEAN"

    Formerly an inn is qualified as a “house where we can sleep and eat against paying”. Today, its definition would be rather “restoring hotel of rustic appearance”. Our inn is indeed of rustic appearance: it is a barn renovated cattle shed. 

    But its characteristic first is to propose to AIJEAN a comfortable place of lodging to the colors of formerly. The second is to offer a simple or more elaborate kitchen but always with products selected and worked in the noblest possible way. 

    With 1.200 meters of altitude, our inn is the very last dwelling before the Collar of the "Pas de Peyrol", the collar which crosses the famous "Puy Mary". Within a green or white framework like snows for a sporting and/or tourist stay; a gastronomical stage with the colors of Auvergne.
